6. Intellectual Property

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms.

8. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time via the App’s settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

No Guarantee of Meetings: We do not guarantee that you will find suitable matches or successfully arrange meetings.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharg Technologies GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App’s services, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bharg Technologies GmbH harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-App notifications. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
